Yes, all floors are served by a lift and two rooms are fitted
with disabled en suite bathrooms. If you have any special

All our rooms have private en suite bathrooms.
Are the rooms air-conditioned? Is there

Yes they are. There is no charge for this.

What if I have to cancel?
You may cancel your reservation up to 48 hours before the
first day of your stay. If you cancel after this point we
reserve the right to charge you for the first night.

Can we arrange trips up Mount Etna through
the hotel?
Certainly, our staff will be more than happy to take care
of this for you. At the time of writing an all day excursion
up the mountain, including transport and the services of a
guide, costs €50 (circa $73USD / £35GBP).
